Discount Package Terms & Conditions

1. Discount Packages must be paid in full before lessons begin—either online or directly to your instructor at the first lesson. (Lay-bys not accepted.)

2. A valid Victorian Learner Permit is required to purchase packages. (Not available to full or probationary Licence holders, except for manual refresher or overseas Licence conversion packages.)

3. Packages must be activated within 12 months of purchase.

4. Packages are non-refundable after expiry and cannot be transferred.

5. For all Test Packages, one lesson must be used for the warm-up on test day.

6. Test Packages include weekend and after-hours availability.

7. Test Package lessons include pickup and drop-off at the VicRoads office.

8. To cancel a lesson, you must give your instructor at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations will incur a lesson fee or have one lesson deducted.

9. If a package is purchased in error, a refund may be requested within 5 days. A $20 administration fee will apply.

10. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the Hazard Perception Test has been successfully completed before booking the drive test, as required by VicRoads.

    The instructor is not responsible for any drive test cancellations by VicRoads due to:

    • Incomplete Hazard Perception Test

    • Incorrect or missing test records

    • Miscommunication of test date or time

    Please double-check all VicRoads requirements before test day to avoid delays or additional fees.
